In Level 1 you are introduced to Reiki and are attuned to and learn to use Reiki on yourself, your friends and family members. The format of the class is in person and includes some lectures & discussion, attunements to Reiki energy, meditations, demonstrations and hands on practice. A printed manual will be provided on the first day and a certificate will be provided at the end of the second day.

In Level 2 we continue to build on what you learned in Level 1. This class includes further lectures, hands-on practice, discussion, attunements and meditations. Completion of this course allows you to provide sessions to the public.
